After analysing the track and establishing that the pilot was flying in a forbidden zone, and taking into account that it was really close to the limit, the jury has reached this decision: According to rule 6.2, the pilot is to be given a penalty of 6 hours for flying in a forbidden zone. As the pilot reached the TP7-Santa Helena (End Speed Section) we cannot apply the rule adding 6 hours to the rest time. So applying the rule 5.16, the pilot will be ranked according to his location backtracked by the remaining time.
