What is your greatest sporting success?
This last year I won the Eigertour, Jura Hike & Fly and the Swiss Championship in Hike & Fly
When and why did you start paragliding?
At the age of two and a half I made my first tandem flight with my dad and when I was 12, in 2013, I made my first flight alone. Since that day I have never stopped flying.
What is your mountaineering experience?
I did a lot of competitions in the Swiss Alps and in the winter I do some ski mountaineering.
What does your typical training week consist of?
I train 5 or 6 days a week. My typical training week is a mix between running, cycling, trail running and Hike & Fly.
What are your best and worst sporting memories?
The best moments for me are the unexpected flights. When you go to a place where you don’t know if it can do it and in the end it becomes an incredible flight.
Why did you choose the X-Pyr?
The X-Pyr has always made me dream, I’m looking forward to crossing the Pyrenees with its crazy landscape and a great team.
Have you participated in the X-Pyr before? How was it?
Unfortunately not.
Have you flown in the Pyrenees before? What do you think about them?
Not yet.
What will your strategy be during the race?
Follow the others as best as possible and above all be happy.
What excites you most about the X-Pyr?
The X-Pyr has always made me dream, I’m looking forward to crossing the Pyrenees with its crazy landscape and a great team.
What scares you the most about the event?
I think the weather conditions are an uncertain factor and it would be very frustrating to walk for days in unflyable conditions.
Why will he/she make a good assistant?
He can bring me a lot on flight strategy.
