When and why did you start paragliding?
In 2015, I wanted to fly and paragliding was the easiest way.

I like adventure, I wish to live one during the X-Pyr.
Why are you attracted to hike & fly?
I love sports and physical challenges.
What is your greatest sporting success (flying or not flying)?
Finishing 3rd in a half-Ironman.
What excites you most about participating in the X-Pyr?
Running and flying with friends!
What is your best result in a H&F competition so far?
3rd at the Bornes to Fly 2025.

What does your typical training week consist of?
One kilometer a day keeps the doctor away.

Storms
Personally, how do you feel differently when you participate in H & F races in comparison to XC competitions?
I know I can bomb out, it’s reassuring.
